Troco River
What was once a powerful part of Grenagem's sea-faring economy is now centuries from being relevant. It still flows on through the city serving as a reminder of the past and of the destruction of the Empire's ways.
Geography
The powerful Troco was one used for fishing and boating, but as time went on and focus shifted towards the air with the creation of [LINK] airships the river became useless. The river runs about 9 kilometers through the bottom portion of Grenagem and is about 200 meters wide. The river has nearly no rocks or obstacles in the river making it, at one point, easy to swim in. Around Year 100 the river became unfit to swim in.
Fauna & Flora
Almost nothing but algae and soot comes out of this river, the pollution and waste from the Alumentum has made it nearly impossible for plants to grow.
Natural Resources
Once a beautiful river relied on by the Empire, the Troco has turned into a sludge pool of death. The factories and shipping district towards the east end of town dump all their waste into the river, which flows to the west. The river used to provide Grenagem with fresh fish, plentiful shellfish, and a clean supply of salt water to power their Alumentum.
Currently the river is not used by the Empire, but it is not uncommon to see residents of Margem fishing for sludge covered fish known as Sluginha.
