Dulus Saetril
Capital of the Alu'Tel'Quessir nation.
Mostly shallow water, the city is a mixture of coral buildings and constructions from gigantic shells drawn from some of the gargantuan molluscs that move through the shallow sea and those found in the deep trenches between the islands.
Known for its magical constructs that protect and repair the city, Dulus Saetril is a true wonder of the elvish creation.
