Chardun
The son of Moradin, Chardun couldn't find a home within the Dwarven pantheon. Denev found him wandering the astral planes and became friends. When the Varisians cried out for saving it was Chardun's affinity with Earth that allowed Denev to guide her people to the first island.
Denev reward her friend by having the Varisians build a temple to the Earth and Chardun in the islands. This strong connection between the two gods has created alliances between the Varisian and Dwarven pantheons and people.

Within a Varisian temple, Chardun's altar is held aloft by two distinct columns. One of these is always in a Dwarven style and one in a Varisian style (usually wooden and made to look like a mast).
