The Legendary Bagpipper and the Singing Dragon
There existed a small village of Tergestum. They were plagued by an old Dragon that found it funny to terrorise the town during the night. He would swoop over every house and every barn and would scream the loudest scream ever heard from man. The situation was so dire that the cows milk started to turn right inside their belly. But the Dragon was also usefull to the village, keeping the Orcs and Bandits away with his fiery breath. So the villagers didn't know if they wanted to get rid of the Dragon or keep him around.
One day came into the village a bagpipper. He was playing with his bagpipe with undeniable skills, but he was making so much noise the villagers gathered to get the bagpipper out of the village. But the musicians began playing and the people would try to shout and screem at him, but no sound came out of their mouth. It was as if the sound the bagpipper made conteracted exactly the sound the angry crowd was making. The villagers soon stopped their yelling and looked at the bagpipper stunned it was the answear to their prayer. They promised the bagpipper many riches fit for a king if he would stay for a night and face the dragon in a duel.
When the night came the Dragon came onto the village has he was doing every night. He began roaring his mighty roar and passing over the village. But suddenly his mighty roar came to a stop. He tried roaring louder and louder, but nothing came. Only when he was away from the village that his roar could be heard again. When he came back he noticed the lone bagpipper on the roof of the church. The Dragon tried to scare him away, but again his mighty roar couldn't be heard. They played like this all night, the Dragon trying to get a sound out of his mouth, but the bagpipper would have none of it. Defeated, the dragon went away, he would try again the next night and try to defeat this Legendary Bagpipper.
