Metellinum Village

  Small mining village in the south west of the empire. The small village where Ignis Boisjolie, Bakkus Medici and Leopold grew.     The foundation date is a mystery, some say there were people here since there were people on Almilir. This little town only industry is a small silver mine that doesn't produce enough to be worthy of bigger installation. Recently, a good quantity of gold nuggets were found in the mine.   The town always had some weird customs compared to the other towns and villages of the empire. Feys and other woodland folks are seen as benevolent spirits. It is believed that they help everyone in the village on a daily basis. Stories of a child left unattended by the mother would come to no harm and often flowers would be discovered in the craddle. Or when the wind blows very strongly and clothing comes flying into the wind, the clothing are found folded and without any trace of dust or mud. The inhabitants of Metellinum often have a soft spot for any creature they think might be a fey, offering them blessings and gifts.
