The Malroet Imperial Senate

The Imperial Senate is composed of eight senators, each of them at the head of a powerfull merchant family. A seat on the senate cost 200,000 gold pieces per year and the head of the senate, the most wealthy member, is the Emperor.  

Emperor Marcus Marcius Indaletius

He has been the emperor for the majority of the last 25 years, since the merchants took over the empire. Since the last 5 years, he has been uncontested for the title of emperor and rumor has it he will be untill his death. He has a vast merchant familly and they do all sorts of trading, he also owns The Black Star mercenary company.  

Senator Julianus Menenius Sentius

He is at the head of a huge mining organization all over the empire(including Metellinum). He also have most of the weaponcrafting and armorcrafting organizations. He is also a sponsor for The White Stag mercenary company. Julianus has been the emperor some times over the last 25 years.  

Senator Flavius Canius Balbillus

Flavius build his wealth doing slave trading.  

Senator Numerius Pinarius Augurnus

Numerius is at the head of a goods trading organizations.  

Senator Caelus Manlius Marinus

Caelus made his fortune producing and sellings cloths.

Senator Proclus Epidius Magnus

Proclus made his fortune producing and selling all sorts of vehicules from small fishing boats to caravans. He also operates all the travel agencies.

Senator Gnaeus Dillius Apelles

Gnaeus made his fortune buying, selling and renting estates all over the empire.

Senator Sextus Carvilius Calerus

Sextus made his fortune operating many farms.
