Cisliv
Minor God
Moon: Stardust
Domains: Pain and Suffering
Symbol: A broken spear dripping with blood
Mortal Story
Cisliv was born among the Borvors, the warlike centaurs who broke away from Gael’s pacifist followers. In their brutal society, strength was proven not by victory alone, but by the ability to endure pain without faltering. From youth, Cisliv embraced this creed.
He subjected himself to trials of agony: running across burning coals, piercing his flesh with bone shards, and fighting until his body was broken. Where others collapsed, Cisliv endured. His people began to see him as more than a warrior—he was a living embodiment of their harsh philosophy.
In battle, he was merciless. He believed that suffering was not only inevitable, but sacred. To inflict pain was to reveal truth; to endure it was to achieve transcendence. His enemies feared him, but even his allies trembled, for he demanded the same brutal endurance from them as from himself.
Ascension
When Cisliv finally fell in battle, pierced by a dozen spears, he did not cry out. Instead, he laughed, declaring that pain was the purest form of life. His death became legend among the Borvors, who revered him as the one who had shown them that suffering was not weakness, but strength.
Through their devotion, Cisliv ascended as the minor god of Pain and Suffering. His divinity sanctified the Borvor creed, ensuring that their society would forever glorify endurance, brutality, and the breaking of others.
