Twilt is brought up to godhood by the other surviving members of the Old Allurian Pantheon and he restores order through the Calendar.

Beginning of the Third Age

The Material Plane was in a state of chaos, with people suddenly not knowing what they'd dedicated their lives to, why they were there, or why they were fighting. Slowly they tried to recover, but in Alluria, with such limited divine magic for healing and safety, they found themselves worshipping ideas, concepts, where the five gods did not have domains. There was a twist in the ideologies of those gods for a time as people grasped at anything to relate them too, until this became too much for the divine beings to bear, and several entities known as Wakan began to arise to fill the void, chief amongst them being Twilt, who eventually arose to true godhood, chosen by the other deities to help restore order and cycles of life to the world. Thanks to this, the Allurian calendar was able to start again and some normalcy slowly started to return.   The calendar slowly gave way to the weeks and months as a calm eventually began and the older gods started to fall back towards their old domains, albeit with some additional responsibilities. While the Wakan filled in the gaps, they were no gods and the true gods were still rather overwhelmed, so none were truly ready for the arrival of the Verrilus Pantheon on their shores.   Old Gearon was the landing point of the invaders from Verillix, who quickly spread across the lands and tried to claim it as their own. As they came, so did their gods, watching over them. Some of their gods, disliking the war or attempts of dominion, were instead there to try and aid and rally the Allurians, quickly making it known to all across the lands of the new divine presences. Eventually the invasion was ended and peace came about, but now the gods of the two pantheons met to discuss the situation. Shortly after, it was decreed that the two pantheons would merge willingly, due to the number of followers of both factions within Alluria by this time.   This also gave the Verrilus gods more ability to affect the Outer Planes, which had shifted quite a lot since the end of the Second Age. Hyperiel, an ascended angel, now ruled the Heavenly domains, and a dark being known as Alsaria ruled over the nine layers of Hel, each bringing in a new age of Law for good and evil as they sculpted their domains in their own image. The more Chaotically-aligned planes circle around them, near-unrecognisable to those who had visited them before.
