Sulfiri Tuft

A small yellow/orange brown mushroom, found in clumps growing around the bases of hardwood trees in spring. The tufts slowly turn a light dirt shade of brown towards early summer, this makes them easier to find and harvest in early spring when they are an easily identifiable yellow. Though abundant in spring they are avoided due to their bitter and often poisonous taste, upon consumption a creature begins having slowly increasing stomach pains and feelings of nauseousness for several hours before taking 1d6 dmg increasing with the maturity of the sulfur tuft.  

Crafting/Uses

  Sulfur tufts are a common ingredient in poisons and highly pigmented yellow dyes, one of the easier poisons made from them is a nausea inducing poison.
