Report File #C1290. Current year, 1954. It's been 31 years since the worlds information has been returned to the public. It had mixed reactions. People were shocked, outraged, confused, happy, enthralled, but most of all intimidated by the whole situation. The reckless fools who sought adventure where the first to explore. The governments were next, then the businessmen. The rest was history. 30 years later. Magic is becoming more and more obsolete. Somnium is attempting to convert the world by their laws, their becoming more and more assertive and aggressive. The HURO association is recruiting more and more heroes by the day, but most of them can barely even hold their own in a fight. A lot of the gangs that were relevant in the world before have seemed to fade away. In actuality, they operate in the background. I have never seem the world in such a paradoxical mode. It cries while it wears a smile on its face. I don't know if it is a trick or a half backed masquerade, but for once, I have a feeling that the future looks bright.  

In the fictional 1950's, the world of Allione is started to make progress in all functions of life. Science and technology is making big headway, along with the explosion of TALENT users all over the world. Magic has started to fade into the background, but hasn't become obsolete quite yet. The monsters of the past are near extinct, and other monsters like vampires and Lychens have been adjusting well to society along with humans. The four countries of the world: ALTA, SOMNIUM, PRIMUS, and THE OLD WORLD have constant tension between each other. Heroes and vigilantes room the world looking defeat "evil" for their "justice." In the wake of this, the HURO (Heroes United for Righteousness and Order) association was born to give heroes a face and recognition as well as being paid for their work. Now people look over everything that the world has to offer. Including Allione's rings and moons.
