City of Endless

Demographics
The Inner City houses the Palace where the Royal Family and their direct servants, etc resides; also in the Inner City there are many Manors where the Nobles and their families live. The South City is comprised of areas of residence for the more wealthy merchants and others who are well off, with sections of higher-end shops, private-owned libraries, and small parks and gardens. Across the Monk's Bridge lies Monk's Isle with the Monastery Complex, containing the Monastery, the Endless Library, and the Grand Gardens. The Isle to the north of this houses the sub-town of Merchant's Port, where ships dock and trade their goods to either the South City or the Outer City. Directly south of the South City is the bridge to the Shrine Isle, where many monuments are erected to various Kings, Heroes, or other significant people.
Government
Permanent residents of the City have no extra relations or ties to the Throne of Endless, paying the same taxes and following the same laws as the rest of Umnavara.
Geography
The City of Endless is located at the mouth of the river of the same name where it empties into the Bay of Bad Hope. The Main City sits on a large island, with sprawling areas of residence, shops, etc. expanding out onto the shores of the river and the other delta islands.
