The Repulsion of the Out Land invaders and the Creation of Primal Pact

As the final invaders from beyond Alfee's Creation where driven from the Outer Planes, the Primal Spirits made the Primal Pact to keep both both deity and Outerworlders from destroying the mortal plane to the extent seen in the War in Heaven. The Primal Pact prevented any Deity or Outworlder from directly influencing the Mortal Plane. This Pact was made from divine magic interwoven with the stars and power of the Primal Spirits. After a year the Pact had stabilized to protected the mortal plane but cut off mortals from direct divine commutation.
