The Plane of Negative Energy
The plane of Negative Energy: a rocky slope downward towards the lake of nevermore where the sea of souls ends. Always dark and sources of light are less bright then normal. Cut in half by the sea of souls like the plane of positive energy. Cut in half by the Lower Sea of Souls. Contains the Shadowfell, which surrounds the Alter of the First Death.
