Prince Loran Za Farnen, is ninth in line to the Gnomish crown of Fragos. The Prince is also the Magitian of Transmutation at the University of the Arcane, to the pride of his family. He takes his teaching and research seriously, as he is right now on the cusp of a breakthrough in the Mordenkainen-Lepbick's Theorem of Planar Forms. As such he hasn't the time to spare on retrieval of his missing mage staff, which went missing months ago.
