Hajar
Hajar, the once mighty divine theocracy controlling lands in Fifebrand Windhowl , and a small bit of Meurpi. Hajar was a theocracy focused on the worship of Wahinda, but with his death in the early years of The War in Heaven lead to all out civil war. In the resently conquerted coastlands of Shralldeel the people turned to the growing magic power of the druids and a return to the worship of Kon'rel to save them from the coming plight. In the homeland of the Hajar, following the annihilation of the capital by once enslaved mages, the priest rulers turned on each other becoming a set of warring city states, which would later become the petty kingdom of Jakco after the conquest of Divix Delven. The southern coast lands of Windhowl, split in to warring states. The Giants of Mùr rebelled and destoried the fortress on the Iron Shards, crushing the Hajar between them and Rispós. The western half the Hajar west of the Shield Peaks, survived mostly intack, until the descent of Sabin, forming Othaal from its ashes.
The Hajar was a flexible hierarchy, with power and rank flowing from the those priests anointed personalty by Wahinda, to the priests under them, to the people born in the heartlands and frontiers folk who had steved the aloted time in the miltiary, to fornerns folk, to the slaves. Since citizenship was open to any who served, the majory of citizes where humans, hobgoblins, and dwarves.
The military was drilled and structured, with the 'men of the vine' serving as elite shock force. The official name for them was Wahurndo-Qvant, but since their icon was a Mish vine growing around staff, they became known as the men of the vine. The 'men of the vine' drank special alcholic mixes before going into battle to strengthen and empower them. This is along side their ritual baths in alchemical brews. For most the lifestyle and training of the 'men of the vine' would kill them, and avoid unnecessary death, the hajar used diviners to examine individuals to determent their worthiness. In addition, the 'men of the vine' coated their weapons in poisons, and had many brews at hand to account for changes in the flow of battle. The alchemist knowledge of Hajar was unparrieded and much knowagle was lost in their fall. The 'men of the vine' where not all men, but prolonged use of the alcholic mix made them look so. During the civil war, most of the 'men of the vine' settled in to the mountain keeps, and long after the war became blood hunters of an alchecmical schooling.

Disbandment
Destoried under riots and unrest following the death of Wahinda. The Northeastern half turned to druids to fill the power vacuum, the Northwestern half was over run by devils that where summoned by an evil mage. The Southeastern states became petty kingdoms caved out by local warlords, based around controlling gold mines. In the Southwestern half, the long enslaved arcane mages blasted the capital off the map, with a hand full of former priests escaping in what is now southern Rehai. Without the capital the heartlands quickly descended into a set of warring city states, not unified until the Jakco conquest
