The current Kevel of Sumaro, Dellos is a young charismatic human seeking to advance the glory of Sumaro. Dellos however, knows that his power is limited and getting the law speakers and council to agree puts restrictions on his dreams. Dellos has led Sumaro to greater trade relations with Underground League and Orkan, which has made him popular with the merchants and city folk. His fondness for celebration and grand feast, put him at odds with the elders of the nation, who view such events as wasteful.
