Elves

Elves are Humans but more magical and more prideful. Elves first showed up when Humans tried to fuck fae. This didn't quite work, however, the Humans simply were cursed with long life, a side effect of which was becoming extra magical.   All of the traits originally human besides the looks however, have faded away. Elves have long pointy ears, the longer the more coveted, some having ridiculously long ears. Elves are more prideful than Humans, however this is a mostly cultural thing, as half elves are rarely prideful. Their numbers are relatively small and concentrated, so most elves share a language which is a mix between some old human dialects, and faery.   Elves live in treehouses, except more elegant, being surrounded by nature is almost necessary for their health, specifically trees and mushrooms, the most magical of all plants. This is because they need the boost of magic. Elves will survive for many years outside of these more tree and mushroom dense zones, however they will slowly lose that makes them Elves, before becoming a glorified human.   This is why Elves are almost never seen outside of green cities, or old forests. Have you ever seen an elf in a field? Didn't think so. This is why.   There are a few elves who really liked the dwarves, so much so that they live by glowing mushrooms with their dwarven friends and lovers, speaking their own form of a mix of dwarvish and elven. These elves are generally disliked by the Treetop elves, however they are actually easier to get along with than treetop elves.   Overall: Elves were once humans, and now most of them are prideful assholes you probably don't wanna talk to.

Basic Information

Genetics and Reproduction

All elves have both a Uterus, and a Penis that are functional. Elves do not go through the painful mentral cycle human females often go through, instead simply reabsorbing the egg and nutrients.   Elves Reproduce by having unprotected sex with a penis ejaculating in the vaginal canal, and the sperm travelling to the egg and fertilizing it.   Elves typically have a gestation period of 12-15 months, and elf babies are more independant than human babies. However, elf babies also have much smaller heads at first compared to humans, and require much more care and nutrients right after birth than human children that are basically helpless.
