Civilization and Culture
History
Satyrs are one of the oldest races in Alethia. It's for this reason that their population is shrinking. With this extended time on Alethia, they have developed an almost kinship relation with most of the Elven in the world. With a relationship such as this it's not surprising that some Elven customs would rub off on the Satyrs. One such custom is the Eleven expert proficiency with archery. But the Elves aren't the only Race that the Satyrs have gotten close to and learned from. They have learned Great Sheep traing and riding from the Dwarves as well.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Satyrs tend to get along well with humans, dwarves, and most elves. They won't go out of their way to help Centaurs or Minotaurs but, they won't deliberately seek a confrontation with them either. They will how ever kill Goblins and Hobgoblins on sight. If they are confronted by Orcs or other larger foes they'll flee rather than stay and fight.
