Gobi

The nomads of the Gobi Sea are the only rival to the Wendol when it comes to horsemanship. And like the Wendol they raise herds of sheep, goats, and horses, being the usual livestock. They are broken up into four major tribes the Tarters, Merkits, Naimans, and Keraites. What the Gobi lack in numbers they surely make up for in mobility. The Gobi only fight form horseback. All Gobi boys learn to ride before they can walk. It's these years in the saddle that allow them ride on par with their Wendol rivals. It's also during this time that young Gobi learn how to shoot bows and fight from horseback.
