The Golden Reams
The Golden Reams are the banker's guild of Dianmallo. Run primarily by a golden dragonborn name Lukas Gildcrest, the Bank of Golden Reams has become a massive success in the city. It has taken the idea of investments into business and made it a publically discussed topic of political interest. The "Ream" puts out values for several different business in the city, allowing people to "purchase" stock in these businesses with "minor fees".
Some have claimed it to be similar to the House of Hope Casino, as it appears to be a sort of gambling. Most proponents, however, claim that it is simply "investing in the greater city."
Either way, the Reams run both the bank and the "stock market".
