Session 2: Finding the Chaos Orb

Guglock the Glitter King was killed by Root Treething. She stabbed him with her great sword and then flung him into the swamp like a fishing bait without a line.   The party found the Chaos Orb and the note. Chaos orb is in the possession of Wu Odd.   Learned that Guntramn and Myrtle Featherbottom used to have a young tadpole pet named Guglock. It appeared that Guglock wanted to be friends with Guntramn and the village, though he didn't know how.   Tried to show the orb to Liobsynde Longbottom, the priestess of Yavanna. First time, the orb was not there. Second time, it was a pot of flowers.   Traveled to the City of Thalmor, was attacked by an Ankheg along the way. Wu died, but somehow, the Orb brought him back to life.   Ended session on the 3rd Mandos of Winterwane as they entered the City of Thalmor.

The colors swirl and change, the image inside goes from opaque to solid, and the images within always shift. It is an artifact of pure chaos, and you are unsure of its nature. Is it good or evil? What do you do know is that it is bonded to your party - for the time being.   Once per day, you can expend an action to focus on the orb - who knows what will happen?   When you spend an action to focus on the orb, roll a d6 and let the DM know."
