The starmoon insanity

Every 100 years an astronomical event called the star moon occurs, where moon is surrounded in a ring of bright stars. This has been known to cause a symptom called Eartholgon, where many people begin hearing whispers and seeing the same things. These whispers tell them to go to a high place, places like Cherry peak or Montalu park in full light of the moon, those who do so come back changed. In 1933 a man named Victor Fisher followed these voices and visions to Kemtallon Island, a small lump of land just of the shore, what happened that’s is unknown to most but afterwards he was no longer a man. He refused to respond to anyone, only come close to kill and take, physically he looked no different, other than glowing red eyes. After that night Victor became much stronger, and faster able to dodge bullets and bend solid metal, as well as being more agile too. The A.C.P were only able to take him down while he had fallen asleep after taking the lives of six people. Since then he has remained in containment at the Alcatraz research and containment facility, surprisingly the transformation seems to have given him the ability of immortality, as he has yet to age in his ongoing 70 + year stay. He has also taken a liking to insulting staff soon after regaining speech.m, loved ones that have been brought in to hear him say they don’t recognize the voice speaking, partially because the original Victor Fisher was a kind man the never lost his temper but mostly because it changed every time you listened, one moment it was high pitched the next it was deep. The StarMoon insanity is considered a high concern as we approach the next one, many staff in the Alcatraz research and containment facility and A.C.P foundation have been preparing to study Victors reaction as well as looking for any symptoms in the general public
