Oates Tavern and Bathhouse

Sitting just off the main road leading to the town of Oates, is a cluster of small buildings and tents. This is the Oates Tavern and Bathhouses, more commonly known as the Flying Unicorn Inn. Though it is just under three miles from Oates, it is largely ignored by the town's population. At least the older generation of the town, that is. It is a popular location among the youth of the region to meet and blow off steam after a long week of labor. It also has a reputation as an outlaw's den for all sorts of unsavory types from the Eastern Petty Kingdoms.

The Flying Unicorn is centered around a tavern house where visitors can drink and eat. To its west are a handful of small cabins that can be rented out overnight for travelers. One of these cabins is permanently used for the teens of Oates to sleep off their drunken stupors. On the east side of the main tavern are the bathhouse tents. Many of the bathhouse girls are skilled at medical aid and are willing to help those wounded soldiers from the Petty Kingdoms that knows their way to the inn. For a price. They are also known to serve the patrons of the Flying Unicorn in other ways as needed.

Though reputed to be a lawless place, where anything goes, the Flying Unicorn's staff have several rules set in stone. The first is all brawls must end in the fighters sitting down to drink together after. Petty Kingdom politics are never allowed at the inn, it is neutral ground. Anyone harming a bathhouse girl will be permanently banned from the Flying Unicorn. 'Permanent bans' means being buried in the forest out behind the inn.
