Payment Slip

Name by Flubb2 Concept and Written by James Woodwright
A Payment Slips is a slip of pale teal card, a form, given to a member of a Trade Room when their work is sold. This can be as simple as a finished board of wood or a copper sheet but it can be something that is finished as part of a trade, such as a chair or pipe.   The process is this:
  • An item is made the craftsperson's initials is written lightly on the item to be identified but too hard that it can't be removed.
  • The member puts it in a box, that is then taken to them University Marketplace Stall , it stands there until sold.
  • Once sold the intals are read off the item and "translated" into the person's name giving the first field of the room the rest of the form is filled in. Once the members of that trade room finish their shift they take the completed forms and give them to the members on the forms.
  • It is then the option of the Member to hand them into the Doctor or their Trade Room or to keep it until a sizable pot is made.
  • Once it is claimed a rubber stamp is pressed onto the slip making it void of duplicate redeems.

  • The rubber stamp has the same logo as the University Medallion and University Mark is a 10 sided polygon with three eye shapes, two going to a side and one going to a corner.
