Letter of Recommendation

Concept and Written by James Woodwright
A letter of Recommendation is a letter that is given in at a Protectors Guild to say that someone is recommended to protect someone on a job. Often the recommendation is because the Protector worked with someone else. These are more formally written documents but any full sheet is accepted.

Purpose

The purpose of the letter is to bypass the choice of the Guild Master's decision to have someone, as the letter tells the Guild Master in the Protectors Guild who they want to protect them.

Document Structure

Clauses

The Letter of Recommendation as the name suggests is written like a letter with paragraphs explaining that the person recommended is the person they want to protect them or someone else on the job and what the job will be. The person writing the letter doesn't have to be the person going on the job to be protected.

Caveats

This is not regarded as the contact but can be regarded as an appendix of one.

Publication Status

The status is public and often kept by the Guild Master.
