Contract of Regular Supply
Contracts of Regular Supply are a document between the Trade Rooms t o have regular supply, an example of this would be between the Joiners and the Coppers for planks.
This contracts can be minorly edited so that the amount is changed but not what.
Purpose
The purpose of the document, is to formalise agreements of products between Trade Rooms.
Document Structure
Clauses
The cluases are which University Trade Room the contract is from to where the items are going, and what the items are and the amount.
The signatories are the two Doctors with the Grand Artisan not mentioned as one.
Caveats
This Document lasts until the end of the Trade Room or untill it is not needed.
Publication Status
The document is accessable only to those of either Trade Room and the Grand Artisan, as there are three copies of the contract.
Legal status
The document is valid while it is needed and there Trade Rooms.

Public Reaction
The general public don't know it exists unless they are told about it as they are not members of the University. Those who are members to the University often see the Document as a good thing as they are given work, for example, the Beekeepering Trade Room would refine beeswax blocks for the Chandlers Trade Room to be made into their products.
