The wire weavers originated from a family of drow machinist, who escaped the underdark in the age of fire when fiendish armies threatened to end all life on Avalon. Under the surface the portals the fiends pored out of and the influence of Lolth corrupted and enslaved the subterranean races. Following the guidance of Eilistraee helped free the subjugated drow and lead them to the surface world. Once there, they were overjoyed at the openness of everything they saw and an exceptionally bright artificer set her mind to using arcane webs, and complicated technology at her disposal to create something akin to a grappling hook. With this the wire weavers can sore into the air and enjoy the freedom of the wind on their face as they defy gravity.

3rd level: slow, erupting earth
4th Level: Grasping vine, staggering smite
5th level: Hold monster, steal wind strike  
 
kenetic cables:
when you take this subclass at 3rd level you get proficiency in weaver tools, these count as a spell casting focus and you can create kinetic cables in a hour. The cables strength and length are determined by the users craftmanship which is why they stretch a number of feet equal to 5 X Int modifier. You gain a climbing speed equal to the cables length when you have them equip. you can also move that amount as a bonus action on your turns. when you use this feature opportunity attacks against you have disadvantage. The cable can support your weight and the weight of any gear you carry. you can also hang from ceilings and walls an amount of distance equal to the length of your kinetic cable.
You can use the kinetic cable as a simple weapon with a range equal to their length, dealing 1d4 + Int mod in bludgeoning damage.  
Extra attack:
At Level 5 you can make two attacks instead of one when using the attack action.
  Enchanted extensions:
at 9th level when ever you make a attack with the kinetic cables you can cast a cantrip out the end of the cables, as part of the attack action.
Also at this level you can use a bonus action after making a attack with the cables to grapple the target. this athletic check uses INT instead of STR because of the craftsmanship of the cable
 
Get out of dodge: 
At 15th level in artificer your cables are a extension of yourself. as a reaction when someone tries to attack you or force you to make a saving throw you can move up to the length of the kinetic cable. if the attack is no longer in range the attack misses and you take no damage, if the attack is still in range is at disadvantage. use of this feature is limited to a number of times equal to your Int mod.
