Andrax, the frozen king

Our research has gleaned precious little on this Andrax. Every contact we find ends up dead. There were nine individuals who claimed to have knowledge that may help our research and 6 of them were dead by the time the teleportation circle were prepared. Two more were poisoned and the last was the only survivor of an entire market massacre. Where they saw their own mother die before their eyes. Needless to say they didn't have much to say regarding our investigation.
