Calcatrix
The Calcatrix are a species descended from terror birds who live in the mountains between Ghealas and Rhudd, as well as in the far west. They seem to originally have emerged from the North in the Lesu Flaiski, and although some have more humanoid bodies they are separate in species completely. They primarily eat insects and humans.
