Arcadia began as an exodus. In the wake of Lymyra’s wars and iron-fisted ambitions, a small number of elves broke away, rejecting Queen Yathanae Fenhorn’s claim to dominion. These elves settled in Bridgeport, where they crafted Arcadia: a district that blooms with fae life, where cobbled streets yield to woodland tracks and hidden glades. Unlike Lymyra, Arcadia turned outward, forging partnerships with humans, dwarves, gnomes, and kendric. They opened their gates to artists, scholars, and traders, offering culture and beauty rather than domination.

"We do not seek a throne, only a place where the song of the fae may yet be heard." -- Elder Mariel Lathwyn

Current Situation and Goals
Arcadia is ruled by a council of elders rather than a monarch. Their primary goal is reconciliation with Mag Mell, not conquest. They build coalitions with pixies, dryads, and other fae-born, hoping one day to stand before Titania in contrition and request acknowledgment.
Simultaneously, they defend their sanctuary against Lymyrian sabotage. Spies are active on both sides, though Arcadia prefers subtle defences over outright violence.
Methods and Outlook
Arcadians value diplomacy, cultural exchange, and quiet resistance. They are cautious about public visibility, knowing humans may distrust overt fae magic. Yet they weave their influence into Bridgeport through patronage of the arts, magical healing, and scholarly partnerships.Dress and Appearance
Arcadian dress is less rigid than Lymyrian style. Robes of natural fibres, often dyed in earthy greens and deep blues, flow loosely with embroidered patterns of leaves, vines, and stars. Jewellery is modest, often wooden or silver, symbolising humility before the fae.Prominent Members

Festival of Returning Leaves: Celebrates the renewal of fae culture each autumn, with music, lanterns, and plays retelling ancient myths. Silverwell Night: A midsummer ritual of reflection by pools of water, inviting fae spirits to commune. Open derision of Lymyra is frowned upon; instead, they teach quiet opposition and vigilance.Magical Artifacts

These elves are much more likeable than the other ones, I think, but now I am suspicious for having that impression. *squints*
