Dyer
Dyer is a former friend of Tam Stillwater. He at one point lived in Stillwater but moved away to find his own life in a bigger city. He reconnected with Tam later in life as Tam was working with the Enlightened Eye. Tam helped him buy his bakery, and chose the land it was located on; a former schoolhouse for Blind Initiates. Dyer helped Tam to enter the path of the initiate and frame Deletranish. Dyer witnessed Deletranish's arrest.
