Treaty of Ilyana (tɹˈiːti ɒv ˌɪlɪˈɑːnə)
An accord created in 450 AF, which signified the concrete alliance between the settlements within Ilyana's borders. Under the conditions of the treaty, all settlements must uphold the laws decreed by the country's government, and recognise Yule as the capital city. It took 6 years to get every established settlement signed to the treaty.
