Neneva was a lost city of great antiquity.
It's pretty much a legend at the edges of memory at this point. Some of the historians of the world still have tabs on it but what little documentation that has survived has been damaged. The most surviving info is found in a small number of oral tales. There's an aspect of peace, godly worship, death, and self-destruction to the name, as one would expect with any historical or legendary city.

The location is unknown and lost to current people of Akun. From the stories, the lands were lush as blessed by Buren. Rich waters swayed across the lands allowing for floating towns.
