Structure
The King of Akun creates some of the realm's laws & rules over the whole realm, unclaimed lands, and the standing armies. The City-States lead their respective territories and people. The Council of Nau is a group of nine members that meet to discuss issues for each of their City-States and work with the King with laws for the country.
