A 3rd son of an important member of the vampire’s Risen Court, which holds sway over most of the southern continent with political machinations and manipulations, rarely if ever coming into the spotlight. They are very hierarchical and focused on propriety and tradition. There is not much need for a 3rd son in this structure, and Andall enjoys all the freedom he can muster from it.
Traveling along the northern continent, he observes and manipulates events to amuse himself and wile away the years. He’s not necessarily bad intentioned or good intentioned, even though his actions occasionally sway to having one or the other consequences; rather, he is occupied with relieving his own boredom and figuring out how people and groups work.
A 26-yr-old youthful looking man with extremely pale skin that’s almost snow white, dressed in slightly fancy attire that’s fit for travel but still sharp. Possibly a vampire traveling across the continent...
