Sall
Sall is the clan leader of clan Tarta. They are a clan of tortles (the only one in Yasamaq) that examine the quality of the waters of the lakes in Yasamaq. Currently, Sall and his clan are investigating Puvecos.
He is known to be a somewhat stressed man, contrary to the stereotype of his race. He is known for his somewhat radical methods and lack of patience. His Arvenhelmi is a blood-red ruby.
Has a heavy Scottish accent.
