Gnome
The lore of gnomes does not change from what is written in the PHB. While they can be born on either continent, Yasamaq is naturally rich in various materials and their culture is less rigid than Siarvald's, prompting many gnomes to move to the former if they were born on the latter.
Deep gnomes exist in this setting, and mostly congregate in Yasamaq. Their lore remains otherwise unchanged.
