Dragonborn

The Dragonborn remain very rare on Aj'kar; as a matter of fact, they are so rare that only a single clan remains, located on the Isle of Reunification. All of the Dragonborn that remain are either blue-scaled or green-scaled.   However, this scarcity has long baffled historians. On both continents, ruins have been found that clearly depict lizard-people that are not Lizardfolk, and therefore they must be Dragonborn, especially as they (and Kobolds) are able to speak the very rare bits of language that remain in these ruins. Clearly, at one point, the Dragonborn were more numerous, but nobody knows what happened to their race.   Due to their rarity in recent times, most people either confuse the Dragonborn with Lizardfolk, or find them to be monstrous in appearance. For these reasons, they tend to remain reclusive and secluded.
