Aarakocra
Aarakocra keep most of their lore as written, but with no access to the Elemental Plane of Air, they mostly live on the Spine. They are tolerated by goliaths as long as their territories don't overlap, which has caused clashes in the past. Aarakocra tend to stick to the highest peaks of the Spine, and prefer not to interfere with the lives of other people.
Unbeknownst to many, the aarakocra are responsible for fighting off vicious flying monsters that would otherwise threaten the ground-based armies of the Kingdom of Vah'kan. They consider these monsters to be perfect game for them - and something their goliath neighbors would find difficult to fend off themselves.
