When someone has a want or need that cant be filled, Stilskein is the man to go to. Not much is known for sure about him but he is know far and wide as the best procuror of services and items. It is said there is nothing he cant provide.. for a price.
Stilskein is a deal maker. He will trade his services for many times what seems to be the oddest of payments. Many times the request is so seemingly trivial that the customer does not hesitate to agree to Stilskein's terms. Unfortunately, many have been caught unawares of the real intentions and requirements laid down.
The only thing known for sure is Stilskein always collects on his debts one way or another...
