Mr. Piper (a.k.a. The Ringmaster)

One thing is known, you don't cross the Ringmaster.
Physical Description
Physical quirks
Mr. Piper has unusually long limbs and features, his movements seemingly exaggerated.
Apparel & Accessories
In stark contrast to his strange and borderline creepy persona, his clothes are always in colorful patterns and designs, although always of two main color that change from show to show.
Social
Social Aptitude
The ringmaster spills forth an amazing amount of charisma and charm. He is proficient at both charming the crowd and directing your conversation. His charisma, no matter how overpowering, seems.. off. You cannot help but feel there is something wrong with.. something. The feeling is never enough to overcome his charismatic power, but always present.

Very creepy! I like your subtle hints of something being off with Mr. Piper. I love the phrase about not crossing the ringmaster. However the apparel and accessories and the known languages sections are awkwardly worded and there's a few instances of words being missing from the article like "The feeling is never enough to overcome his charismatic power, but always present" instead of "The feeling is never enough to overcome his charismatic power, but it is (or it's) always present".
Thanks for pointing those out! I am currently without a PC (it died), so I have been writing on my phone. This causes me to miss a lot of typos and sometimes the flow isn’t very good. Hopefully I will get my replacement computer soon and can add content that flows better. Glad you like the character!
You're welcome; I hope you get your replacement PC soon, writing on a phone is hard.
