Sandstorm City
It's not a city, at least not most of the year... most of the year it's a quiet village where interesting nothing happens, but once a year it comes alive, thousands of people from all over arrive in this sleepy village in the middle of the desert to party.
The village itself -when its not a hub for adventurers- is nothing much, a circular arrangement of large and very well made tents with a deep well in the center (which is the only supply of water).
However, when it is party time, the main village stays the same but new temporary tents from all the visitors spread out around it large enough to make it class as a city.

Architecture
The building themselves are not so much buildings than large, strong tents that are intended to be permanent.
