Circles of the Dominion
The Stronghold - sole city and settlement of the Free Moblands.
1. Thunderhead - capital circle of the Dominion, located high in the caldera of the dormant volcano, Mt. Asteria.
2. Blackrock - port circle at the head of Brightwater Bay; large population of dragonborn and petari from Ladonia.
3. Eastwatch - border circle, facing stronghold across the border; strong garrison, but also a centre of diplomacy.
4. Strongbridge - circle built on both sides of the High Elysian River, joined by a fortified bridge; guards the western border with the Moblands.
5. Silvergrass - largest of the eastern agricultural circles, controlling farmland along the Silverstream.
6. Salthoof - major south-eastern deepwater harbour; noted for its traders and its pirates.
7. Midwatch - plains circle controlling the Mobland border between the High Elysian and the Brightwater.
8. Baykeep - fortified deepwater harbour on Sulphur Bay, facing the largest portal to the Basalt Delta.
9. Highwatch - fortified circle on Farsight Hill, charged with defending against Mobland bandits from the North Fork to the Icewater.
10. Greenheart - large and sprawling circle, acting as home base for the largest wandering herds remaining in the Dominion.
11. Brightfork - trade hub at the division of the Brightriver and the Silverstream.
12. Swift stream - water-powered industrial centre, based around a series of watermills lining the river.
13. Stoneherd - goat-herding circle in the stone country below Thunderhead; noted for cheese and textiles.
14. Stonebay - port circle in a sheltered, rocky cove on the coast north of Thunderhead; site of many foreign embassies.
15. Shadowquay - sheltered port circle, hidden in a secluded inlet; used by smugglers and Dominion agents.
16. Cliffwarden - circle on the clifftops, noted for its lighthouse and whaling community.
17. Rockshore - circle located on the rocky coast below the cliffs. mix of fishing and bird-catching mobs, noted for eagle fishing.
18. Bluewatch - rather isolated community entrusted to guard the Sea of Tempests.
14. Westguard - meeting circle for a diffuse group of plains mobs, given responsibility for watching the north-west border with the Mobland.
20. Highspring - mountain circle, based around a spring which feeds a tributary of the Icewater, and causes snow at high altitudes.
21. Tworiver - border circle in the southern fork of the Two-River crossing.
22. Farharbour - fishing harbour at the easternmost extent of the Dominion, otherwise unremarkable.
