Champions: Dominators.   Mahlatha was the brother of Daklatha, and shared his responsibility for the subjugated populations of the Legions’ holdings. Where the Shackle commanded the Horde, the Engine of War was tasked with the control and exploitation of the subjugated civilian populations. Many other Orcs considered the Engine to be cowards, sheltered from the fury of battle, but no other wished to take on their duties.   Alone among the Dark Lords, Mahlatha was not slain by an orc. Instead, it was a revolt of foreign slaves that brought him down, and many hands, including Ogres, Goblins and Humans, who each in turn struck him with Blood for Blood.
