The Shipwright's Collective is a guild dedicated to preventing piracy and creating fair, set prices for ship fairs and transportation costs.
Structure
The Shipwright's Collective utilizes a purely democratic system where every member gets the opportunity to vote on any issue they choose. The guild meets once a month, with members traveling to The Harbor of Temswell to conduct a vote.

To protect those at sea and allowing fair travel for those in need.
History
The Shipwright's Collective was founded in 377 after Piracy became an increasing problem. The guild set out to outright remove Piracy from Atera, and has been very successful in doing so. Since their inception in Waters, 377, Piracy has virtually disappeared from Atera.
