Harsney is a small town situated south of The Harbor of Temswell, North of Fortis-gale and Forwold, and West of Ashemur. To the East lays the Gale's Breath Forest and Golden Summit and to the West sits the Ocean.

Harsney has a very diverse population, though most inhabitants are either Halfling or Gnome which is due to the Tinker's Guild being located in Harsney.
Most people in Harsney are within the upper-middle class, with the most prominent jobs being in the field of Tinkering. Many of the non-Halfling or Gnome citizens take up jobs as traveling merchants, farmers, and craftsmen.
