This may appear as a fantasy world like any other. Magic, mystery and monsters. However this is a different time and there are opportunities here to really change the direction of reality itself.   We begin in an era of industrial revolution, fueled by arcane technology. As a consequence, reliance and worship of the gods has begun to wane.   As gods and monsters seem to fade from view, the conflict of mortal races turn inward. From the racial hate of those in the north to the class revolution sparking in human lands.   Those unblinded by the widespread turmoil begin to question the meaning and consequences of this waning divine influence. As the newly apparent finite wellspring of magic becomes apparent, how can we maintain our worlds technological progress? Can humans ever truly embody equality? Can Aevania survive the darkness and conflict on the horizon?
