Devasi

Most Devasi grew up cautious around others and avoid interactions with other races where possible and if needed will disguise themselves as humans or elves. Usually making use of large capes or a long coat with a hunch to disguise wings if not able to disguise them magically.   Though many Devasi are good in nature, thanks in a large part to their celestial ancestors, they can be corrupted or go down a dark path. However due to the nature of the temples needs if any Devasi shows signs of being dark they will be cast out and memory wiped so no secrets can be leaked or used.   As a general rule, Devasi are a wise and charismatic race, possessors of strong insights and a powerful allure with which most races can not compare. Devasi are also quite perceptive, noticing things that others did not, and many could see largely unimpeded in perfect darkness, while also possessing the ability to cast magical light to aid those who can not see.
