Basic Information
Behaviour
Daosi are very solitary creatures never venturing beyond the space they know and not really trusting in new people or places.
They put a lot of value in well made items and do enjoy crafting goods from Earth such as pottery and masonry. They also enjoy meditation and slow structured activities like yoga and tai chi.
When they do venture outside of their known spaces they are expert navigators and often map makers.

Out of all the Djinasi races the Dao are considered to be the most industrious. They spent much of their time in the pursuit of mining, shaping, and digging rock, stone and other earth substances. From this has come their love of pottery and masonry. However due to them not being big on leaving their home lands they arent big on trading these goods but will often gift goods that have been hand crafted instead of paying with coin.

Daosi come in many physical shapes and appearances. Some Daosi always have bits of dust falling from their bodies and mud clinging to their clothes, never getting clean no matter how often they bathe. Others are as shiny and polished as gemstones
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
The most common colour of their skin are shades of brown and yellow like earth and have dry and cracked rock like skin. Their hair can look like sculpted rock or gems of all colours. Both male and female tend to have fairly short almost spiked hairstyles.
