Daemon

Daemons tend to have an unsettling air about them, and most people are uncomfortable around them whether they have a socail distate for halfbloods or not.   Histoirically, Daemon who had strikingly inhuman features were often killed at birth by their horrified parents or others. This has meant over the year only those Daemon with subtle features have continued to exist in the world. Even to this day if a Daemon is born to a pureblood family they may be drowned or abandoned.   Most Daemon are aware from an early age that they are different from others around them, and would give in to strange urges and desires because of their unusual ancestry. While some are likely to follow a path towards evil, others reject it entirely and seek out avenues to make a good impact on the world, sometimes becoming the most heroic characters of all.   Daemon are a proud and secretive group by nature and possess a dark demeanor and usually sense of humour. Unfortunately, this only helps to further the reputation Daemons have being social outcasts and untrustworthy scoundrels. However, members of other races find that once they demonstrate friendship and trust towards a Daemon, it would quickly be reciprocated in full. Once that bond is forged, it is rarely broken.
